About Us

iNeon Gift sells custom LED neon signs chosen by the person who will receive them. Instead of browsing by font or shape, you start with who the gift is for — her, him, a teen or gamer, or someone who adores their pet — and build a sign with their name, a word or a small icon. Orders are placed on ineongift.com only.

The people behind the shop

iNeon Gift is run by a small online team. We look after the website, the product listings, every order placed here and every email that comes in. If you write to help@ineongift.com, one of us reads it and answers it.

Our base

The team works from Vietnam. We answer messages Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7). If you are in the US, that usually means a question sent in your afternoon gets a reply the next morning your time.

Why a gift shop for neon

Choosing a present gets easier when you can picture the person opening it. That is the idea behind sorting our signs by recipient: a script name for her vanity mirror, his name above the workbench, a gamer tag for a streaming wall, a paw print next to a dog’s name. We wanted a place where buying one of these takes a few minutes, not an afternoon of guesswork.

Our mission and vision

Our mission is to make each sign read clearly, light evenly and match what the buyer typed on the product page. We describe sizes, materials and timelines as they are, so you know what to expect before you pay, and we would rather answer a question up front than fix a surprise later.

Our vision is a shop where finding a personal neon gift for anyone on your list feels as simple as knowing who they are.

How an order is made

We do not keep finished signs in stock. Every piece is made to order once you check out:

1. You pick the design, enter the text and choose a size (Small, Medium or Large where offered).
2. Production takes 5–7 days. The sign is formed from LED neon flex on acrylic and switched on for a test before packing.
3. The parcel then travels 6–9 days with the carrier. Shipping is free on US orders.

Our production partner

The signs are produced by partner LED neon sign workshops. They receive the details of each order from us, build the sign, test it and pack it for shipping. iNeon Gift handles everything on the customer side — questions, order changes, delivery issues and warranty claims — so you only ever deal with us.
