These terms apply when you use ineongift.com or buy from iNeon Gift. Placing an order means you accept them, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.

1. What we sell

iNeon Gift sells custom LED neon signs made from LED neon flex on acrylic. Each sign is made to order by partner LED neon sign workshops after you check out. Product photos are illustrations of a design; the brightness and tone of colors can look different in person than on a screen, and small variations in lettering are normal for handmade signs.

2. Your personalization

• You are responsible for the text you enter, including spelling, capitals and punctuation. The sign is made as typed.
• Do not submit names, logos, characters or slogans that belong to someone else unless you have the right to use them. We may decline or cancel an order that appears to infringe another party’s rights, or that contains hateful or unlawful content, and refund the amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is accepted once payment is approved and we send a confirmation email. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before production and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel at no charge.

4. Production and delivery

Production takes 5–7 days and US transit takes 6–9 days, with free shipping on US orders. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs or weather.

5. Cancellations, returns and warranty

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours; after that a 15% cancellation fee applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Signs carry a 1 year warranty against defects. The linked policy pages contain the full details.

Separately, a sign that arrives broken should be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

6. Using the sign

Our signs are designed for indoor use. Use only the power adapter supplied with the sign and follow the care notes in our FAQ. We are not responsible for damage caused by outdoor or wet installation, modifications, or use with other power supplies.

7. Website content

The text, photos and design of this website belong to iNeon Gift or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. See our Copyright and DMCA pages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
