How a gift order works

    Start with her, him, a teen gamer or a pet lover, then choose the sign style that suits them.

  2. Add their name and choose a size

    Type the name or words exactly as they should light up, then pick Small, Medium or Large.

  3. We make it, then ship it

    Made to order in 5–7 days, then shipped free within the US with 6–9 days in transit.

Will it arrive in time for the gift date?

Count both parts: 5–7 business days to make the sign, then 6–9 business days in transit within the US. Ordering at least 16 business days before the date covers the longest case.

How do I send the name or words?

Type them in the order notes at checkout exactly as they should light up, capitals included. We make the sign exactly as typed, so check the spelling before you pay.

Which size should I choose?

Each sign comes in Small, Medium and Large, and the size options on the product page show the approximate width. Longer names come out a little wider, so measure the wall space first.

What if something is not right?

Cancelling is free within 24 hours of ordering. You can return a sign within 30 days of delivery. If it stops working later, our 1 year warranty covers it.

Do you ship outside the US?

International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination.
