Choosing a gift

How is the shop organized?

By recipient: Neon Gifts for Her, Neon Gifts for Him, Teen & Gamer Room Neon and Pet Lover Neon. Each section holds designs that suit that person, and every design can be personalized.

What can I put on the sign?

A name, initials, a short word or phrase, a gamer tag, or a pet’s name, depending on the design. Shorter text reads better, especially on the Small size. Please only use words, names or symbols you have the right to use.

Which size should I pick?

Most designs come in Small, Medium and Large. Check the product page for the measurements of each size. Think about where the sign will hang — above a desk or nightstand usually suits Small or Medium, while a wall in a game room or garage can take Large. If you are unsure, email us the text and the spot you have in mind.

The sign itself

What is it made of?

LED neon flex on acrylic. The flex is a flexible LED strip inside a soft cover that glows like classic neon; it is mounted on a clear acrylic backing cut to the shape of the design.

Can I use it outside or in a bathroom?

No. Our signs are made for dry indoor spaces such as bedrooms, offices, living rooms and game rooms.

How do I hang it?

Signs are usually hung on a wall using the holes in the acrylic backing, or suspended from a chain or cord. Use wall anchors suited to your wall type, keep the power cable within reach of an outlet, and mount it out of the way of doors and furniture so the flex isn’t knocked.

How do I look after it?

• Unplug the sign before cleaning.
• Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and solvents.
• Don’t bend, press on or pull the neon flex or its cables.
• Leave the power adapter uncovered so it can stay cool, and keep the sign away from heaters and direct sun.

Orders and delivery

How long until it arrives?

Production takes 5–7 days, then transit takes 6–9 days for US orders. International delivery time varies by destination.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on every US order. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation is free within 24 hours of ordering. After that a 15% cancellation fee applies because work has started. To change the text, email us as soon as possible — we can only update it before production begins.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number in your shipping email or visit our Track Order page.

Payments, returns and warranty

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe.

Can I return a personalized sign?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. See the Return Policy for the steps.

What if it arrives broken?

Email us photos of the sign and the box within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or arrange a repair at no cost.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, 1 year from delivery for manufacturing faults. Details are on the Warranty page.
