Track Order

To check on your iNeon Gift order, enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used at checkout.

What each status means

Status	What is happening	Typical time
Processing	Payment is approved and your sign is being made and tested.	5–7 days
Shipped	The parcel is with the carrier and a tracking number has been emailed to you.	6–9 days in transit (US)
Delivered	The carrier has recorded the delivery.	—

Common hiccups

• No shipping email: look in spam or promotions folders. Remember the sign needs 5–7 days of production before it ships.
• Tracking seems stuck: carriers sometimes skip scans. If nothing changes for several days, send us your order number and we will chase it.
• Shows delivered, but no parcel: check around your door, with neighbors or with your building’s front desk, then email us.
• Arrived damaged: email photos within 7 days of delivery.
