Warranty

Every LED neon sign from iNeon Gift comes with a 1 year warranty, counted from the date of delivery. It covers faults in how the sign was made or in the parts supplied with it.

Covered

• Sections of LED neon flex that go dark, flicker or light unevenly under normal indoor use.
• A power adapter or cable that stops working.
• Wiring or connections that come loose without outside force.
• Neon flex lifting away from the acrylic backing on its own.

Not covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, bending the flex or pulling on the cables.
• Outdoor use, or exposure to water, steam or high humidity (for example, inside a shower area).
• Using a power supply other than the one provided, or cutting, rewiring or otherwise modifying the sign.
• Normal wear such as light scratches on the acrylic.
• Damage during delivery — that is handled as a shipping claim, reported within 7 days of delivery (see our Shipping Policy).

Making a claim

1. Email help@ineongift.com with your order number.
2. Describe the problem and attach a photo or short video of the sign switched on.
3. We review it and tell you the next step.

What we do

Depending on the fault, we send a replacement part such as a new adapter, arrange a repair, or send a replacement sign. If we need the faulty sign back, we explain how to return it before you ship anything.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
